So many changes in so little time!
Guess what?! Im no longer in the Army! My out date was on May 1st, 2010. I have been waiting for this moment even before I started my first day of active duty commitment. Well, a lot has changed since I got back from Iraq at the end of January. In just 3 months, I have found the love of my life, bought a brand new car (Lexus baby!), and starting a new position as a NSPS nurse at Tripler ($$$!). I need all the $$$ I can get for my very expensive and addictive beauty indulgence of eyelash extensions =) Well, there be much more blogs to come with the great start of this new chapter in my life! Until then, Ciao!

We all miss sushi!
Fresh fish in a Iraq??? Thats a big NO! The best we can get here is cooked crab legs, crab cakes, baked salmon, and pollock. I am ready for some ahi sashimi!!!! and a Kirin or Asahi beer to go with it.
Below are pics of a set of sushi erasers that my friend Eric sent in a care package. My co-workers were having a ball lining up which one they would eat first...that is if they were real!
Care Packages!
I am so thankful to have such great family and friends back home. I have gotten a package about every month from my mom alone. She has sent me things from fashion magazines to pajamas! She is the best! I have to thank some other friends - Leslie: I love the Hello Kitty Pillow. I love it so much that Im keeping it in the plastic wrapping so the dust wont get to it! haha. Jen & Dan - thank you for all the Korean noodle bowls! They are keeping me very warm. Nancy - I loved all the Hawaiian goodies and my co-workers loved that Pineapple Kettle Popcorn! I am wearing the pink shirt you sent. Eric - Everyone on my unit adores those sushi erasers! and I have already watched The House of Flying Daggers.
